Ensuring regular supplies of consistent quality goods is just as important as pricing factors.

The key to ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers is the close, enduring relationship that we have with our suppliers. We work only with carefully selected suppliers who work to the same exacting standards of ISRI and ISO 9001 as us. This ensures that they provide what we need, in the grade we expect, when we need it.   

We monitor material not just from source but right through to processing and loading in containers. Material is supplied sorted, either loose, baled/briquetted, cut or shredded, and is shipped ready to be processed. Harmful elements are detected and any contaminated material removed.

Documentation is meticulously examined and full control of the shipment is maintained by Sunberg throughout the process.
